How much commision do I make on jobs I bring you?

There are 2 levels for our affiliate program:

1. Virtual Sales Representatives (VSR) is our entry level affiliate status. It is for individuals who generate a smaller volume of leads, and may simply want a way to monetize a handful of friends, family and other associates that may be in need of web development, web consulting, photgraphy and video services. This program provides a legitmate incentive for these individuals to generate extra revenue while not being tied down to any qoutas to maintain their commissions. Commissions for VSR's range from 8-12% commision depending on the service(s) being sold as well as the size and scope of the job, with larger jobs paying out more than smaller jobs obviously.

2. Lead Sales Reps (LSR) are for more aggressive sales people who want to cash in on their ability to network and close on our marketing communication services. LSR's are entitled to 15-25% commissions on every job they bring in. Lead Sales Reps have access to our CRM, all other necessary marketing materials such as brochures and presntations and are also provided with their own custom business card at no cost. We can provide some training when needed, but we genarally prefer the individuals applying for an LSR position have at least 2 years experience in selling marketing services to other businesses.
