The hours we spend on your project is forecasted and planned with specific features. Adding new features that weren’t originally agreed upon will likely need a change order.
Goal Based
Should you want to start your project without a Request for Proposal or any documentation, we can help you get started. AXZM will organize the requirements into a well-framed fixed bid agreement. We can also work under a retainer.
This may be the best option if your project requires a large development with long-term milestones that may evolve. Each month, we will charge a block of hours, and when they are completed, we will bill for a new set of production hours.
