Fixed Bid
If you have a request for proposal, request for quote and / or engineering documents with all your requirements outlined in detail and the functionality you want is very straight forward, we can provide you with a fixed bid quote for your project.
Be aware that fixed bid engagements can be restrictive when you want to add additional features or make adjustments, as the hours are scoped out with a very specific feature set. New features that were not in the initial agreement often require a change order.
Iterative
If you do not have a request for proposal or any project documentation, we can help you organize your requirements into a structured fixed bid agreement, or we can work with you under a retainer.
Retainer based agreements are ideal for long term goals and / or large scale developments that have requirements that may change over time. A block of hours are payed for each month and when the hours have been used, a new block of production hours are paid for before the best set of tasks begin.
